What you can expect from us
- Real pre-approvals. Credit, income and assets reviewed up front, so the letter means something when it is attached to an offer.
- Fast answers. A quote the same day, a pre-approval letter usually within one to two business days of receiving documents, and letters updated to match the offer price on request.
- Status without chasing. You hear from us when the appraisal is ordered, when conditions are cleared, and when the file is clear to close.
- Programs for the hard files. Self-employed buyers, jumbo loans, buyers with recent credit events, investors. When one lender says no, we usually know who says yes.
- Closings that hold their dates. We tell you early when something threatens the timeline, not the day before.
Refer a buyer
Send us a buyer's name and the best way to reach them, and we will follow up the same business day. We do not pay referral fees. Federal law (RESPA) prohibits them, and we would rather earn your next referral by closing this one well.
